Karen was born
on December 22nd in Montebello, CA to the most wonderful
parents in the world. Raised in Orange County she expressed
an interest in the arts at a very young age. She would sing
and dance in front of the television while watching Sesame
Street and so at the age of 3 her mother put her in dance
lessons. Advancing very quickly in tap, jazz, and ballet she
began competing nationally at 5 years old.
A talent manager saw Karen in dance class and asked her Mom
if she would put her in commercials. At the age of 6 she
booked her first national commercial for Tomy Toys "Undercover
Bears". She also was a model every week in the newspaper for
Gemco department stores. Karen went on to book many more
commercials for Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Bank of America,
Sunny Delight, and Ford. She even had a guest starring role
on the daytime soap opera "Days of Our Lives".
In dance Karen went professional at 12. Winning numerous
first place and overall trophies up to this point her
dancing started to take her places she only imagined. She
has danced in Japan, China, Canada and all throughout the
United States. She even performed magic and was an assistant
to "Magician of the Year" Ayala. This former Las Vegas
showgirl can still be seen dancing in special events,
industrials, television and on the big screen.
Keep checking back to see what Karen is up to next because
her resume is rapidly growing.
